- Yes, our design team offers 2 rounds of free revisions based on your logo and requirements. We can also work with your provided design files (AI, PDF, PSD formats).
- How do you handle product damage during shipping?
- We ensure secure packaging, but if damage occurs, please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement of damaged parts within 7 days.

- Once notified of missing items, we will verify and ship the replacements via DHL within 3 working days at no extra cost.
