A3: Over 50 standard colors. We will provide a Pantone color card for your selection, and custom colors are available upon request.

A4: 7-10 days for samples; 15-20 days for mass production in regular seasons, and 25-30 days during peak seasons (March-May, September-November).

Q5. What are the payment terms?

A5: T/T or L/C at sight. 30% deposit to start production, and the balance to be paid before shipment after goods inspection.

Q6. What are the packaging details?

A6: Products are packed in sturdy cartons with moisture-proof film. High-value custom boxes are additionally wrapped with bubble wrap. Bulk labels are packed in sealed plastic bags inside cartons.

Q7. Do you provide design support for custom packaging?

A7: Yes, our design team offers 2 rounds of free revisions based on your logo and requirements. We can also work with your provided design files (AI, PDF, PSD formats).

Q8. What documents will be provided for shipment?

A8: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (Form A if applicable). These documents facilitate customs clearance at your end.

Q9. How do you handle product damage during shipping?

A9: We ensure secure packaging, but if damage occurs, please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement of damaged parts within 7 days.

Q10. How long does it take to send missing items from the shipment?

A10: Once notified of missing items, we will verify and ship the replacements via DHL within 3 working days at no extra cost.
