- 7-10 days for samples; 15-20 days for mass production in regular seasons, and 25-30 days during peak seasons (March-May, September-November).
- What are the payment terms?
- T/T or L/C at sight. 30% deposit to start production, and the balance to be paid before shipment after goods inspection.
- What are the packaging details?
- Products are packed in sturdy cartons with moisture-proof film. High-value custom boxes are additionally wrapped with. Bulk labels are packed in sealed plastic bags inside cartons.
- Do you provide design support for custom packaging?
- Yes, our design team offers 2 rounds of free revisions based on your logo and requirements. We can also work with your provided design files (AI, PDF, PSD formats).
- What documents will be provided for shipment?
- Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (Form A if applicable). These documents facilitate customs clearance at your end.
- How do you handle product damage during shipping?
- We ensure secure packaging, but if damage occurs, please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement of damaged parts within 7 days.
- How long does it take to send missing items from the shipment?
- Once notified of missing items, we will verify and ship the replacements via DHL within 3 working days at no extra cost.
